We are inviting Oxborough villagers to join us to talk about the road safety in the village.
Whilst we are a small village, we have a busy road with a large number and variety of vehicles which pass through every day.
A few years ago, the village bought a SAM2 sign which shows if you are speeding as you enter the village, and whilst this is a good tool to help with road safety, there is data that shows a large number of vehicles are speeding through the village.

We hope that by meeting and discussing the issues, we can come up with some reasonable and viable options that will help improve safety, whilst not hindering the ability of necessary traffic to pass through the village safely. The plan is to have a first meet before the end of July.
If you would like to join us, please contact Simon Willies or Tristan Tomlinson to join the group.
